Terms and Conditions

We would like to thank you for entrusting us with our service to maximise the academic potential of your children’s for a bright future.

Although we are proud with our achievement of 90 to 95 percent of our students’ success rate, we endeavour to achieve a 100% success from our students. From our record, we find that successful students have regularly attended the classes and never missed any lesson.

In order to give all our students in our care the best attention to achieve higher grades we are implementing some changes that will encourage their attendance also make our administration simpler, to the benefit of all concerned.

Teaching process

Teaching will be provided by qualified and experienced teachers. In case the teacher is not available for a lesson then we will ensure a suitably qualified teacher to teach in collaboration with the regular teacher so that the continuity is maintained.

Material

We provide teaching material for the lessons and the students must bring notebook, pencils/pens and appropriate instruments the subject demand.

Missed Lessons

In an unforeseen event, if the student miss a lesson due to cancellation by OSC or due to student’s sickness absence and family commitments, we will arrange extra help lessons so that the student will not miss any part of the course material.

Fees and Payment

Tuition fees are payable prior to the commencement of the lectures and OSC will send invoices to the address provided by the student. We encourage a block payment of five lessons in advance, this will save students valuable time before the class. All payments should be made payable to OSC and payments must not be made directly to the Tutor at any time. AS the new system of extra help lessons in place of missed lessons is in progress credit notes will not be given for missed lessons.

General

The changes we have implement is to improve our administration and to encourage our students to attend all the lessons and if any lessons missed then by following the extra help lessons. We are confident that the new programme will enhance the commitment of our student to achieve higher degree of success to all our students.

Approval

Acceptance of our services will be taken to represent an agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
